How a contract is formed, what you pay and what applies to delivery and withdrawal.
This is a translation for convenience. The legally binding version is the German text.

Forming a contract
The form on the town relief page is a non-binding enquiry. It does not create a contract. I will contact you by email or phone, clarify the place, house and date with you and send an offer with price, delivery time and shipping costs. The contract is formed when you expressly confirm that offer (an email is enough). The offer and your confirmation stay in your mailbox. The contract language is German.
What you get
A printed 3D relief of a section of your town, standard size approx. 22 x 22 cm, in white PLA. On request, one building of your choice is highlighted in colour. The relief is made for your place to your details. Small differences in colour and surface are possible with 3D printing. The relief is for viewing. It is not a survey or planning document.
Prices
White relief 89 €, relief with one house highlighted in colour 109 €. These are final prices including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added. For the standard size they are 6,19 € within Germany, sent as a parcel. For larger reliefs and for delivery abroad I state the costs in the offer before the contract is formed. There are no shipping costs if you collect in Saldenburg.
Payment
You receive an invoice by email and pay by bank transfer. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice.
Delivery
Delivery takes about two weeks from your confirmation. I state the exact date in the offer. Before Christmas it can take longer, because each relief takes several hours to print. You can collect the relief in Saldenburg or receive it as a parcel.
No right of withdrawal for individually made reliefs
Each relief is made to your selection: for the place and, if you wish, the house you choose. For goods made to the customer's specification there is no right of withdrawal (section 312g (2) no. 1 German Civil Code, BGB). I start production once you confirm the offer. After that the order cannot be reversed. Until you confirm, you are not bound.
If I should exceptionally sell a standard relief that is already made, I will inform you about your statutory right of withdrawal separately in the offer before you buy.
Defects
Your statutory rights in case of defects apply. Please check the parcel on delivery and report transport damage promptly with a photo to info@planung-kaerger.de. This is not a condition for your rights, but it helps to resolve things quickly.
Dispute resolution
I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Privacy
How I handle your details is explained in the privacy policy.
