Service

Quantity take-off
from your drawings.

Masonry, reinforced concrete, formwork, slabs, columns, beams, foundations and openings. Every wall numbered, every quantity traceable, open points listed as queries. At a fixed price agreed in advance.

What I measure

  • Masonry by wall type: length, gross and net area, volume
  • Concrete walls: area, concrete in m³, formwork in m²
  • Slabs and base plates, cast-in-place and precast separated
  • Columns, beams and parapets from the structural position plans
  • Foundations, strip footings, tie beams
  • Openings with structural size, sill height and count

What you get

  • Excel workbook with summary and one sheet per element group
  • Net quantities and quantities under German VOB rules, side by side
  • Wall type and opening plans per floor with wall numbers
  • A query list with every assumption I had to make
  • On request, a plan viewer: click a wall, see its quantities
